Getting there ahead of the rest of the family, my son and I set out to explore Grundy Lake Provincial Park.

We started off on the Swan lake Trail.

It's one of my favourite trails so far! Rocky and full of blueberries! A nice short path only a few km's, but lots of nice little hills and views to see an explore.

At times the path was a challenge. We had to follow the orange paint dots on the rocks and they were easy to miss. But luckily we only backtracked a few times!!

This was my son's favourite part. The boardwalk across the marsh was floating and he loved the movement as he ran!

The sunset view,. just around the corner from our site, we made sure to go every evening!

The morning view was just as good!!

We set out to explore in our kayaks, it was stunning!

On our final day, I went out on my own, enjoyed the beauty and the quiet, I will look forward to coming back again!
