A short weekend stay with my boy. Visits from my hubby, my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law made for a wonderful weekend!!
Arriving in Mew Lake, it was such a beautiful site!! right on the water, the lake is tiny but so peaceful.
We headed out to the Lake of Two Rivers Trail, another beautiful trail in Algonquin. The start of the trail was a bit muddy.

It didn't have the wide open views like some of the other trails in the park, but beautiful none the less! My boy is getting so grown up!

Must have been a good walk, because someone needed a nap!

The clouds on the lake... so beautiful!

Enjoying some time by the fire before heading off to bed.

The next morning we got up early to head out for a very wet walk on the Beaver Pond trail.

In the morning we were joined by my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and we went for another walk along the spruce boardwalk. Despite being short it's still one of my favourites in the park!

There is always wildlife and things to see!

Back to our site for some hotdogs and drinks.

Zach and I enjoyed another evening walk to see the sunset on the lookout trail, another one of my favourites!

Another beautiful weekend at the park! Great quality time with my boy!
