Bon Echo - Abes and Essens Trail - July 28th, 2021

Here I am all ready to head out on the trail! It's not terribly long... 13km (I think) but it kicked my butt!! Didn't help that I made a small wrong turn and ended up having to backtrack about 3 Km... walked right past my site. But let me tell you, it was 100% worth it!

The views are gorgeous, and I had great company!!

The trail is pretty overgrown though!

I think this is one of my favourite moments from the trip..I felt great, healthy and fit!!

My site was on rock lake and it was insanely beautiful!

This little guy came to hang out with me... so cute!

Wouldn't be a camping trip without a campfire and smores. Again the last guests left some wood, unfortunately it was live, so burning it was tough, but i made it work!
